Players in Aviation Organization is a player-led education, access, and workforce development initiative founded by NFL athlete and licensed pilot Pharaoh Brown and his Dream Big non-profit. The organization is dedicated to expanding pathways into the aviation industry for underrepresented youth, athletes, and adults.
We serve as a strategic liaison and connector within the aviation ecosystem. We partner and collaborate with aviation organizations, businesses, flight schools, brands, and workforce development leaders who offer real aviation experiences in programming, events, schooling, and certification pathways. We do not operate independently — we align closely with trusted industry partners to expand reach, connect the dots, and build clear, supported pipelines into aviation careers.
